Tamarind Benchmarks

Nine structure-prediction tools benchmarked on the public FoldBench target set using FoldBench's official evaluation protocol (evaluate.py, OpenStructure 2.11.1, and DockQv2). Top-1 is each tool's highest-confidence prediction, not its best-scoring prediction.
